What our IPTV guide UK articles cover
Our articles fall into three broad themes, all focused on helping you make a sound decision before you spend anything.
Choosing and comparing. Our how to choose an IPTV subscription article works as a complete IPTV buying guide: what to look for, which questions to ask and how to judge the answers. Alongside it, the IPTV scam warning signs article helps you recognise sellers to avoid.
Money and plans. The article on IPTV subscription price explains what really sets the cost, and our piece on IPTV 1 month vs 12 months offers a fair IPTV subscription comparison between monthly offers and a yearly plan, and explains why we chose to sell 12-month plans only.
Getting it right at home. The guide to testing IPTV before buying shows you what to check in a short test, and the article on internet speed for IPTV covers broadband types from BT, Virgin Media, Sky Broadband, TalkTalk and Plusnet, along with Wi-Fi fixes that cost little.
How to use these guides
If you are new to IPTV, read the articles in this order: how to choose, internet speed, testing, then price and the monthly-versus-yearly comparison. By the end you will know what you need at home, how to judge a seller and which plan makes sense.
If you are already a subscriber somewhere else and thinking of switching, start with the scam warning signs and the monthly-versus-yearly article. Both help you spot whether your current arrangement is fair.
Throughout the articles you will find practical IPTV tips you can act on straight away, from moving a router to the questions worth asking in a seller’s chat before paying.
How we write them
Every guide follows the same principles. We stick to facts you can check yourself, such as broadband types, speed guidance in Mbit/s and the questions a fair seller should be happy to answer. We avoid invented statistics, star ratings and comparisons with named competitors, because those change constantly and are hard to verify.
We also write for British homes specifically. That means talking about routers tucked by the hallway phone socket, fibre to the cabinet versus full fibre, thick walls in older terraces and the evening rush on local networks. The aim is advice that fits the house you actually live in, not a generic checklist.
Where the guides stop and the service starts
The articles are independent of our offer: the advice applies whoever you buy from. When you are ready to look at our own plans, the IPTV subscription UK page explains what Standard, Premium and VIP each include, and the IPTV FAQ UK page answers shorter questions in a sentence or two.
We do not cover app installation here. If you already have a subscription and need help setting it up, the activation guide linked below is the right place.
