What you receive
After paying for a 12-month plan on the UK version of ibplayer.store, you receive personal login details that let you watch the service in an IPTV player app:
- Xtream Codes login details valid for the UK version: username, password and server address;
- an M3U link, for apps that work with a playlist;
- activation of the IBO Player app when your plan includes it, or when you ordered that service separately.
These details are strictly personal. Keep them safe and never publish them: sharing them against the usage rules in the terms of sale can lead to access being suspended.
When and how your login is delivered
Your login for the UK version is sent in the chat conversation once we have confirmed receipt of your payment by bank transfer or PayPal. The timing depends mainly on the payment method: a bank transfer can take longer than an online payment to reach our account. We do not promise a fixed delivery time; we tell you in the chat where your order stands.
If you asked to receive your login before the 14-day cancellation period ends, it is sent as soon as payment is confirmed; otherwise, at the end of that period. This choice is explained in our refund policy.
What we need to activate an app
To activate an app for you, the the UK version of ibplayer.store team only needs the details the app shows on your screen, usually the MAC address and the device key, plus the name of the app. The IBO Player activation guide, linked from the “Already have a subscription?” box further down this page, shows where to find them.
We will never ask for the password to your Samsung, LG, Google, Apple or Amazon account, or for your full card details. If someone asks for them while claiming to be the UK version of ibplayer.store, do not reply and let us know.
Devices and apps
The login details from the UK version of ibplayer.store work with most common IPTV players on Smart TVs, Android boxes, Fire TV, phones, tablets and computers. Actual compatibility depends on your device, its software version and the app you choose, which belongs to its publisher and can change without us. If in doubt, describe your equipment in the chat before you order and we will tell you what we know about compatibility. A stable internet connection is required, and 4K needs more bandwidth than HD.
Support
Support for the UK version of ibplayer.store is provided in the chat, every day, before and after you buy: help choosing a plan, entering your login, setting up the app and diagnosing playback problems. We do not guarantee a fixed response time, but every message gets a written reply. For a quick diagnosis, tell us your device, your app, your connection type (Wi-Fi or cable) and what you see on screen. Common questions are also answered in our FAQ.
Maintenance and interruptions
Interruptions can happen during maintenance, after a technical incident or when a channel changes how it is broadcast at the source. We make reasonable efforts to keep them short and to update you in the chat when you report a problem to the UK version of ibplayer.store. A lasting interruption caused by the service that we cannot fix falls under our refund policy.
Complaints
To make a complaint about an order placed on the UK version of ibplayer.store:
- write to us in the chat or through the contact page, starting your message with the word “Complaint”;
- give the plan, the order date, the payment method and a precise description of the problem;
- attach a screenshot of the error message if useful, without any password or bank details in it.
We acknowledge your complaint, look into it and reply in writing in your conversation with the UK version of ibplayer.store, explaining the solution we offer or why we cannot agree. If the disagreement continues after that answer, you can contact an outside organisation in the United Kingdom:
