How to contact IPTV Canada
The chat button sits on every page of this site. Click it, type your message, and it reaches us directly. The chat may ask for your name and a phone number so we can identify your conversation; the country code is suggested automatically based on your connection, and you can change it.
We use the chat for everything: questions before buying, orders, delivery of access details, renewals and technical help. Keeping all of that in one thread means you never have to explain your situation twice.
What to include in your message
A clear first message saves a lot of back-and-forth. Depending on why you are writing, include:
For a question before buying:
- the device you plan to use (TV brand and model, streaming stick, box, phone);
- the player app you use or intend to use;
- what you want to know: categories, languages, 4K, or whether your app activation is included.
For an order:
- the plan you want (Standard, Premium or VIP, all for 12 months);
- your device and app, so we can confirm compatibility and, with Premium or VIP, the IBO Player activation;
- whether you will pay by bank transfer or PayPal;
- whether you also want our app activation service, sold separately.
For a technical problem:
- your device and app;
- what you see on screen, ideally with a screenshot or a photo;
- the channel name and the time, if the issue concerns a specific stream;
- your connection type (fibre, cable, DSL or wireless) and whether the TV is on Wi-Fi or Ethernet.
IPTV support chat: what to expect
Our IPTV support chat is staffed by people, not a script, 7 days a week. We reply as soon as we can, in the order messages arrive. We do not promise a fixed response time, and evenings can be busier, especially on big sports nights when many people are watching at once.
Some problems we can solve on the spot, such as a typo in the server address or the wrong stream format. Others need a check on our side; in that case we tell you what we are looking at and come back to you in the same conversation.
Order requests vs IPTV customer service
Order requests and IPTV customer service questions both go through the chat, but it helps to say which one you are writing about in your first line, for example “New order: Premium” or “Problem: channel freezing on Fire TV”.
If you want to order IPTV via chat, you can also start from the price table: clicking a plan opens the chat with your choice already noted. The buy IPTV in Canada page walks through the full order process. Before writing about a problem, the IPTV FAQ for Canada may already have the answer.
Privacy of your messages
Your messages are used only to answer you, process your order and provide support. Do not send full card numbers, security codes or banking passwords in the chat; we will never ask for them. For details on what we process and how long we keep it, see our privacy policy.
