Using this IPTV FAQ Canada page
The quick answers below this page cover the essentials. The sections here go a little deeper, theme by theme. For questions about choosing a plan, see the IPTV subscription Canada page; for the order process step by step, see how to buy IPTV in Canada.
Ordering and IPTV payment
How do I order? Choose Standard, Premium or VIP in the price table and click it. The chat opens with your choice noted. Tell us your device and app, and we confirm the order. Every plan lasts 12 months.
Which IPTV payment methods are available? Bank transfer and PayPal. We confirm the exact total in the chat; prices are in euros and your bank or PayPal does the conversion. Pay only with the details given in the chat on this site.
How do I receive my IPTV subscription? Your access details arrive in the chat once payment is received: an Xtream Codes login and an M3U link, so you can use whichever your app prefers.
Can I get a test first? Tests are handled on request. See our page on how to request an IPTV free trial.
Devices and apps
Which devices work? Samsung and LG Smart TVs, Android TV and Google TV sets and boxes, Fire TV Sticks, Apple TV, iPhone, iPad, Android phones and tablets, and computers. You need a player app installed on the device.
Is the service IPTV Smart TV compatible on older TVs? If the TV can install a player app from its store, usually yes. Very old models may not support current apps; a streaming stick is the simplest fix.
Do you sell the app? No. Apps such as IBO Player, IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate or Smart IPTV come from separate publishers. Some need a paid activation. Premium and VIP include IBO Player activation for one year. For other cases we offer an app activation service, sold separately at the fixed price shown on the page, or you can activate the app yourself. The activation guide linked below covers the app side.
How many devices can I use? One at a time: one device equals one subscription. Household use is fine, but the account must not be shared with other homes, resold or played on several devices at the same time. To switch devices, sign out of the previous one first.
Picture quality and IPTV buffering
What speed do I need? About 10 Mbit/s per screen for HD and 25 Mbit/s per screen for 4K, measured at the TV during the evening.
Why does my stream buffer? IPTV buffering usually comes from the home network rather than the internet plan itself. Weak Wi-Fi in a basement, a TV far from the router, or a family member downloading a large game are the common causes. A cable or a mesh point fixes most of them. Our IPTV premium 4K page explains bandwidth in more detail.
Why is a channel only in HD? Because its source is produced in HD. A stream cannot exceed the quality of the original broadcast.
Your account and renewal
Is there a customer account? No. Your access details identify your subscription. Keep them private and do not share them outside your household.
How do I renew? Write in the chat whenever you are ready, before or after your 12 months end. Nothing renews automatically.
How do I contact you? Through the chat on every page. Our contact page explains what to include in your message so we can help quickly.
