About this IPTV FAQ USA page
We wrote this IPTV FAQ USA page around real questions from American households. The quick answers above cover the most common ones. The sections below group the rest by theme: ordering and payment, devices and apps, picture quality, and your account. For deeper guides, browse the IPTV blog.
Ordering and payment
How do I order? Choose Standard, Premium or VIP in the price table, open the chat and tell us your device and app. We confirm the order, you pay by bank transfer or PayPal, and we send your Xtream Codes login and M3U link. The full walkthrough is on our buy IPTV USA page.
Do I need to create an account? No. Everything happens in the chat. We only ask for what is useful for your order, such as your device and app.
Which plans do you sell? Three, all lasting 12 months: Standard in HD, Premium with 4K, adult content and IBO Player activation for one year, and VIP with 8K on top. Channel numbers per plan are in the price table.
Is there a contract? No. Each plan is a one-time purchase for 12 months, with no auto-renewal.
Can I get a test first? Ask in the chat. We tell you whether a test is possible and how long it lasts. See our IPTV free trial page for what to check during a test.
Devices and apps
Which devices work? Samsung and LG Smart TVs, Google TV and Android TV devices, Fire TV Stick and Fire TV Cube, Apple TV, iPhone, iPad, Android phones and tablets, and Windows or Mac computers.
Which app should I use? Popular player apps include IBO Player, IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate, GSE Smart IPTV and Smart IPTV. The best one depends on your device. Ask us in the chat and we will suggest a fit.
Do apps cost extra? Some do. Premium and VIP include IBO Player activation for one year. For other apps, or with the Standard plan, we offer an app activation service sold separately at the fixed price shown on our pages; you can also activate the app yourself on the publisher’s site.
How many screens can I use? One. A subscription works on one device at a time. Personal and household use is fine; sharing the account, reselling it or watching on several devices at once is not allowed.
Picture quality and IPTV buffering
What speed do I need? Around 10 Mbit/s of steady speed per screen for HD, and about 25 Mbit/s per screen for 4K. Our IPTV premium 4K page explains the details.
Why does the picture stutter on Wi-Fi but not on Ethernet? Wi-Fi signal drops through walls and floors, and neighbors’ networks compete for the same airwaves, especially in apartment buildings. A cable or a mesh node near the TV usually fixes it.
Does my internet provider matter? Fiber from Verizon Fios or AT&T Fiber and cable from Xfinity or Spectrum generally handle several streams. T-Mobile Home Internet and other fixed wireless services can vary at busy hours. If your plan has a monthly data allowance, keep an eye on usage when watching a lot of 4K.
Your account and renewals
When does my plan end? We confirm the end date when you order, and you can ask in the chat at any time.
How do I renew? Message us in the chat whenever you want, choose your plan for the next 12 months and pay again. Nothing renews automatically.
Can I change devices? Yes. Sign out of the previous device first, then install a player app on the new one and enter the same login details. Keep them private; the account is for one device at a time.
When is support available? The chat is answered 7 days a week, for orders, setup questions and playback problems.
