Information we process
We keep the list short and specific. Depending on how you use the site, we may process:
- Your chat messages. Everything you write in the chat, including questions, order details and any screenshots you choose to send.
- The name and phone number you type into the chat widget, if the widget asks for them. You can use a first name or nickname if you prefer.
- Order information. The plan you chose, the date of your order, your end date, the device and app you told us about, and, when we activate an app for you, the identifiers it displays such as its MAC address and device key.
- Technical data. Your IP address and basic browser information, which the chat uses to suggest your country code when you enter a phone number and to deliver messages reliably.
- Optional audience measurement. Anonymous statistics about how pages are visited, collected only if you accept them in the consent banner.
- Preferences stored in your browser. For example your light or dark theme and your consent choice. These stay on your device.
We do not ask for your home address, your date of birth, a copy of an ID or your full card details. Please never send card numbers, security codes or banking passwords in the chat.
Why we use it
Each type of information has a clear purpose:
- To answer you: replying to questions before and after an order.
- To process and deliver your order: confirming the plan and the payment (bank transfer or PayPal), sending your Xtream Codes login and M3U link, and carrying out any app activation included in your plan or ordered separately.
- To provide support: helping with setup, playback problems and renewals, with the history of your conversation at hand.
- To keep the site working: delivering chat messages, preventing abuse and remembering your display preferences.
- To improve the site, only through anonymous audience measurement, and only if you have accepted it.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use your chat messages for advertising.
Who can see your information
Your messages and order details are seen by the people who answer the chat and handle orders. Technical providers that host the site and run the chat widget process data on our behalf, only to provide those services. If you accept audience measurement, the measurement provider receives anonymous usage statistics.
We don’t share your information with other parties unless it is necessary to deliver the service you asked for.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as it is useful for the purpose it was collected for:
- Chat conversations and order information are kept for as long as you are a customer and for a reasonable period afterward, so we can help with renewals, answer follow-up questions and keep a record of what was agreed.
- Technical data is kept for a short period, as needed to run the chat and protect the site.
- Anonymous statistics are kept in aggregated form.
- Browser preferences stay on your device until you clear them or change them.
When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or made anonymous.
Your choices and rights
You stay in control of your information. You can ask us to:
- access the information we hold about you;
- correct anything that is inaccurate;
- delete your conversation and order information, once it is no longer needed for an active subscription.
To make a request, write to us in the chat or use the contact page, and tell us the name or nickname used in your conversation so we can find it. You can also change your audience measurement choice at any time through the consent settings, and clear browser preferences in your browser’s settings.
Cookies and local storage
The site stores a small amount of information in your browser to remember your theme and your consent choice. Anonymous audience measurement only runs if you accept it. The chat widget may store an identifier so your conversation remains available when you come back.

The business responsible for the data collected on the USA version of ibplayer.store is the website operator identified in our legal notice. It decides why and how your information is used.
