How to contact IPTV UK support
The chat button appears on every page of the site. Click it, type your message and a member of our team picks it up. There is no ticket number to keep and no form to fill in. Your conversation stays in one thread, so when you come back later, the history is still there.
We use the chat for everything because it works for both sides: you can send screenshots or photos of your TV, and we can reply with exact settings rather than generic advice.
What to include in your message
A good first message saves several rounds of questions. Depending on why you are writing, include:
- For a question before buying: your device (for example a Samsung TV from 2020, a Fire TV Stick), the app you use or plan to use, and what you want to know.
- For an order: the plan you have chosen (Standard, Premium or VIP), your device and app, and whether you would like our app activation service for an app that is not included.
- For a problem: the device, the app, the channel or section affected, the time it happened, and a photo of any error message.
- For a renewal: the name you used on your original order and the plan you would like for the next year.
Please never send full card details, passwords to other accounts or any document you would not want shared.
Order IPTV via chat or ask for support
There are two kinds of conversation, and both happen in the same place.
Orders. To order IPTV via chat, click a plan in the price table on any selling page. The chat opens with your choice noted. We confirm the details, you pay by bank transfer or PayPal, and we send your Xtream Codes login and M3U link in the conversation. Our buy IPTV UK page explains the process in full.
Support. For help after you have ordered, simply message us in the same chat. Our IPTV support chat, open seven days a week, covers entering details in your app, programme guide problems, picture quality, moving to a new device (after signing out of the old one) and renewals.
Customer service without the script
Good IPTV customer service means a real answer to your specific question. We do not use canned replies for technical problems, and if we need to check something on our side, we tell you and come back with the result.
We are there seven days a week, but we do not promise fixed response times, because we would rather give an honest answer than an optimistic one. During busy evenings, it may take a little longer; your message stays in the queue and will be answered.
Privacy of your messages
Messages you send in the chat are used only to handle your order and your support requests. We do not sell them or use them for unrelated marketing. You can ask us to delete your conversation history at any time. Full details are on our privacy page, and the conditions of the service are set out in our terms. For quick answers before you write, try the IPTV FAQ UK page.
